What Do Red Spots On The Body Of An Infant Indicate?

Hi sir , My 11 months baby last week has a fever after concerning the doctor they give one antibiotic taxim and one fever tonic He performed blood test there is no problem he suggested. fever comes under control after a day we find a red spots on his skin and it as turned to brown .I would like to know what will be the reasons. I studied in internet that some of the antibiotics will create such spots. Is that may be the reason.

Two common antibiotics, amoxicillin and ampicillin, can typically cause a red rash up to one week after taking them. The most common rash is a side effect of the medicines, not an allergic reaction.
It will pass in a couple of days.
