What Do Rectal Pain With Itchy, Irritated Red Bumps Around The Anus Suggest?
I have had rectal pain that feels like muscle cramps and pain during defecation for a few days now. The pain sometimes can be felt in my labia and the muscles in the bottom of my buttocks, sensation like sore muscles from working out. Today I am experiencing itchiness, irritation, and found a few red bumps on the skin around my anus.

From history it seems that you might be having fistula in ano producing cellulitis, irritstion and pain in pelvic floor muscles.
There might be having few sinuses opening out side anal canal giving rise multiple bumps in that region.
Consult surgeon and get examinied.
Meanwhile clean local part with plane water and apply antibiotic cream.
Ok and take care.
