What Do Prominent Veins On The Penis Indicate?

I have more prominent veins primary on the left and one vein curves up at the center of the shaft, kind of looks like a candy cane. My veins look dark blue/purple and I have mild discomfort. I m having trouble maintaining an erection without stimulation. I am only 27 years old and when I do manage to stay hard I have premature ejaculation. Before this happened I was doing penis enlargement exercises by manually stretching and jelqing my penis. Could I have injured my veins?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
Prominent veins what you are noticing is normal and could have occurred due to doing of penis enlargement exercises.
Such kind of exercises are not very effective and may not be useful in getting your penis enlarged or lengthened.
Remember, it is not size of the penis which would determine sexual satisfaction or fertility as anything above 3 inches when erected can perform the activity satisfactorily.
Regarding premature ejaculation what you have been complaining off is mostly due to your anxiousness.
Kindly do the following to overcome it.
1. Practice 'pause and squeeze' technique regularly.
2. Practice meditation regularly to keep your mind calm and free from stress.
3. Practice pelvic muscle strengthening and relaxation exercises.
Gradually, you should be able to overcome the problems.
