What Do My Ultrasound Scan Test Results Indicate?

I am experienving frequent urination.My ultrasound diagnosis states normal sizedretroverted uterus with thin endometrium, myoma nodules, and small ovaries.What does these findings signify? Please help as my OB is on seminar and won t be back till Monday.Than you very much.

hi..as per your USG report you have myoma nodules which are bening smooth muscle mass collections in your uterus. these nodules might responsible for frequent urination by cusing pressure on bladder.
now for treatment of myoma..hysterectomy is the choice .
but it depends on age , family planning etc..
nothing urgent u take openion of your OG on monday for further managment..
