What Do Itchy Pimples In The Vaginal Area Indicate?

my lady friend has small white colored eruptions next to the vagina. They are shaped and the lines are about the thickness of a line drawn by an ink pin. They itch. Did not see a scab or break in the skin. Don t seem to have extra redness. She is 77 years old and is taking various medications for heart and osteoporosis. Only a couple of the small eruptions are visible.
