What Do Itchy Bumps On The Face Indicate?

I have had these bumps before from downy, I have been really stressed lately and have had these bumps on my face they itch, so of course I scratched them and then they weep and scab over, sometimes I think that they are going away and then they come back again. I have most of them on my face and a couple on my arms. I get this sometimes when I am around pine trees, what can I put on them to get rid of them?

Hi. It seems an allergic reaction. Avoid contact.
Chill out. A cool compress or shower can help calm a fiery rash. Gently pat dry and then moisturize.
Soak it.
Add anti-itch cream. Over-the-counter hydrocortisone or calamine lotion may relieve itching.

If it doesn't go away on its own, always get it checked out by a doctor -- even if it gets a little better from a home treatment. They could be a sign of a serious medical condition.
Best regards
