What do itching and burning sensation in the left knee indicate?

70 yr male good health. this has shown up in I d say the last 5 mos. legs itching like 1000 ants biting below mostly left knee. sometimes right leg. tried every spray, lotion,etc. damp rag sometimes gave short relief. I think I know when it happens now, but why? when I recline or sleep i m fine, but when I get up it start burning again. any ideas? it hasn t been fun . Thanks

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take Ramadol and paracetamol combination 2 times a day for five days. Take Omeprazole twice a day for five days.Take A to Z tablet once a day after meal. Take calcium tablet once a day after meal. Take Neurobion forte 1 tablet daily for 5 day. Apply Diclofenac spray at pain site. Apply hot water bag on affected site. Do physiotherapy. If not resolved then consult orthopedic surgeon.
