She did performed pelvic exam, Pap smear and transvaginal ultrasound which came back normal .. Yet on my Pap smear showed endometrial cells ... So she scheduled me for hysteroscopy and d&c... Hello! Welcome to the HealthcareMagic!

Endometrial cells in pap smear suggestive of endometrial atrophy.

But if you have mild spotting than I don't think further work up needed.

But as your gynecologist have examined you, investigation with dilatation and curettage can be done to rule out any underlying uterine pathology. If present, provide your age and all reports for further comment.

Hope this helps you.

Take care
