What Do Different Sensation On The Penis Indicate?
i have been having a slight sensation lately in the mid shaft to the tip of the penis and also sensation in my testicles as well. Doesn t necessarly hurt but doesnt feel good. i recently pulled the lips of the head of my penis apart and noticed a redish circle or two. didnt feel like bumps. thoughts?

Dear Sir, i totally understand your concerns about your health.
The following points should be taken into consideration :
1- Are you sexually active?Do you have any burning sensation when you void (pee)? Do you have any discharges from your penis white or yellow coming out spontaneously?
2- The symptoms you are describing might be due to urethritis. to have a better diagnosis you can do a swab culture of your urethra in order to detect a possible bacteria and especially chlamydia or neisseria gonorrhea. A treatment with a single intramuscular shot of ceftriaxone 250 mg once along with a single dose of azithromycin 1gram. you must start feeling better after 3 days and symtoms must disappear after a week. your sexual partners must be treated too. and meanwhile you should avoid having intercourse for one week. I recommend consistent use of condoms in your sexual life. If this is the case scenario you must be tested for HIV, Hepatitis B and C, and syphilis to rule out other more serious sexually transmitted infections. The discumfort in your testicules might also be due to the trasmission of infection to your testicles, the same treatment is sufficient in this case.
2- if this is not the case, and it is not a sexually transmitted infection i recommend you to do a urine analysis and a urine culture in order to use the best antibiotic for such a case.
