What diet should I give my daughter to increase her weight ?

Hi, my daughter is 2 years and 8 months old. Her height is 93.8 cm and weight is 11.1 kg. She eat well and i give her 400 ml milk and one egg daily. Is the weight normal? Her health is normal and very active. But the weight doesn t increase. Is she need any additional multivitamin?

The things you are giving is fine.
Add some pulses and cereals and rice in messed form.
Add fruit juices,vegetable soups,
Give pudding.Ok and bye.

The wt of child depends on genetics nutrition n environment
At 1 yr ur child should weigh triple her birth wt say around 10 kg n then by 2 yr she could ve been 12 kg atleast but it is different for different children so the best way to know is to plot the Childs wt on WHO growth charts available with any pediatrician n to track wt every 6 mths to know if they r growing well.
But ur daughter seems to be healthy.n u r feeding her don't worry.just add to her diet nuts n bananas.all the best
