Hello,

White tissues in stool, itching anal area indicate that you have entero-colitis that may not be detected on Colonoscopy.

I would advise you the following in such a situation:

- Get stool tests for 3 consecutive days so that a proper diagnosis is made for proper management.
- Stop the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the stool changes.
- Take a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics.
- Drink only boiled and cooled water.
- Eat only the foods that suit you the most.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant
