I am a 23 year old mother of two i have been experienceing severe weightloss, fatigue nose and gums bleeding, unexplained bruises on arms and legs. Abdominal pain on my left side. I have no appetite at all. Dizziness and hives on my face ears knees arms and scalp at least once a month. Severe headaces

Hello. You should take a complete blood count test as you suggest you have bleeding out of gums, noise, and bruises. You should check aPTT, PT, fibrinogen level and the test of coagul retraction and consult the doctor. Best regards.
