Hi,

Your symptoms can be because of a disease process the early you get diagnosis and treatment the better it is. If you were my patient I would suggest you to go for fasting and random blood sugar levels, TSH, urinalysis, urea creatinine and electrolyte level, CBC and ESR. Do you have fever? or joint pain? I can guide you further based on your results.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sara Talha, OB & GYN Specialist
