What Could Sore Spot Under Breast And Top Of Ribs Feeling Like Bruise?

i have a sore spot not on my breast but right under it like at the top of my ribs...it feels like a bruise and it isnt going away. i cant tell for sure because i am about 65 lbs over weight but there might be a small knot. i;ve also been having some bck pains that feels like its aroundmykidneys too. i dont have history of kidney trouble but cud the 2 be related? i havnt hurt myself inthe rib area so idont know what this cud be... been goingon about a month and it's still noticeabe- not painful but feels noticeable every now and then. whatcud it be? im scared

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I would like to advise you that if this is the breast lesion then this should be brought to investigation and first is clinical examination and then if needed scanning study need to be done, this not related with the kidney and stop thinking in this way, hope this information helps you have a nice day.
