Could The Breast Bruise With Lumps Appearance Be Signs Of Breast Cancer?

For the last 3 weeks I've had an unexplained bruise on my right breast. When bruised it feels a bit smaller than a golf ball, after the bruise has disappeared, I can feel 2 much smaller lumps, about the size of a small gum ball. The bruise faded away about a week ago, this morning I have another bruise, almost same area, just about an inch over. The bruise is more of a red colored, not the usual bluish purple color. Can this be a sign of breast cancer?

1. the history and symptoms suggest as an infective aetiology with appearance of bruise bluish purple colour and red colour.
2.Generally infective aetiology with external sinus opening is seen in infective type of breast.
3.In this case you need to get an ultrasound examination of the breast - it will detects the sours of the infection, and nature of the lumps and their extensions.
4.If required an FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology might be needed for evaluation of the type of cells.
5.Depending on the size of the cells - the treatment will be planned.
6.In case of infective with sinus / bruise - a wide incision and cleaning might be necessary. Good luck.
