Hi,

As per your query you have symptoms of fordyce spots looking like small pimples which is due to hypertrophic sebaceous glands. It is not due to any pathology and it can be due to excessive oil secretions.

Apply Tretinoin cream and start taking vitamins A,C,D,E,K which help in reduction of sports. Maintain oral hygiene. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit an oral physician once and get it examined.

Get blood tests done if required and start treatment accordingly. Go for laser treatment done if it is affecting cosmetic appearance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
