What Could Pain In Uterus, Pressure During Urination And Sharp Pain With History Of Miscarriage Indicate?

I had a miscarage a month ago. I just had sex a couple days ago and right after I got a lot of pain in my uterus. I feel a little pressure when I urinate and now my intestine hurts and it s a sharp pain. IM also bleeding heavily. What could that mean?

Thanks for the query.
After miscarriage it will take some weeks for the uterus to come back to normal size.
-And also there is possibility of postabortal infection.
-During pregnancy and after miscarriage there could be increased blood supply to the local genital organs.
That could be one cause for bleeding per vagina.
-The bleeding could be due to restarting of menstrual cycle after abortion.
If the pain, bleeding etc symptoms persist, better to consult gynecologist once and get examined.
Go for ultrasound examination.
If there are no signs of infection and uterus is reverting back normally, no need to worry.
If there are any signs of infection, go for antibiotic treatment.
