What Could Numbness And Prickly Sensation In Arms With Blurred Vision Indicate?

I am 57 female 135 pounds 5 feet 6 inch tall. good overall health. no medical problems. but now, i have a chronic numbness in right arm worse at night. during day too. also some blurry vision comes and goes. the arm numbness goes from whole arm down to hand. there is a prickly feeling too like pins and needles. what could this be?

- High blood pressure
- Diabetes
- Thyroid disorder
