What Causes Headache, Nausea, Dizziness And Blurred Vision?

Yesterday I had a headache with nausea, dizziness to the Point of having to hold onto something, blurred vision in my left eye, numbness in my left hand that spread to my left forearm and numbness in my tounge and roof of my mouth, symptoms came and went in that order not lasting more than 10 minutes. The nausea persisted and dizziness and blurred vision returned on a few occasions

Hi dear.I were to suspect TIA -transient ischemic attack which is a precursor of stroke.I were to do complete physical examination and start on antiplatelet drugs and anticoagulants as soon as possible to decrease the likelihood of a stroke after a transient ischemic attack.Hope this answers your query.Get well soon.
