hi doctor, I have small sores about half way around the glans of my penis (only on the top side) and very small patch of red spots on top of the glans.the the doesn t itch. The bottom side of the penis looks clean. There is no discharge from the penis and the urine has has no blood as far i can see. I haven t had any sexual activity for a considerable about of time now and i am uncircumcised. May i please know what it might be. Thank you
