What Could Irregular Size Of Eye Pupils Suggest?

Hello, I would like some advice on a laser eye surgery issue. I had lasik eye surgery 2 years ago and everything was fine, although in the last 6 months I've noticed that my left eye is smaller and both pupils are not the same - they appear improportionate! Why is this and what could it be?

It is known as anisocoria. It could be naturally present which is known as physiological or it could be related to some neurological or local tissue problem. Better to meet neuro ophthalmologist to confirm
