Hello, I have been through your question and understand your concern.

As you might know, it is very important that you did not had any loss of consciousness after the trauma, nor memory impairment. Headache is common a few days after the head trauma, but it should not increase in intensity. Nausea as well should not persist longer, while the sinus pressure is not clear what do you mean with that.

Basically, there is no indication in your symptoms to perform a CT scan. So I would not worry. But in the next couple of days if the headache persist or increases in intensity and the nausea does not pass away, then you should have a cranial CT.

Hope this helps. Please feel free for further questions
