What Could Happen If Mixing Methadone With Bath Salt ?

I have a brother who i suspect of being on bath salt but b/c there is no drug test for it i cant be sure. He is currently on methadone and i would like to know if mixing the to can cause an increased high and if theres any test i can get for the bath salt

1.The bath salts no longer contain mephedrone.Instead they now contain MDPV,it will not show up on a drug test.
2.. There is a drug test (via urinalysis) that is available from select labs that can detect mephedrone and MDPV so drug testing is an option for detection,
