What Could Green Discharge From Penis Suggest?

i went for a smear test the other day because i noticed i had a small l amount of green discharge when i pulled my foreskin back every morning the test came back negative but im still having the small amounts of discharge every morning what could it be?

The condition is suggestive of some infection and may be sexually transmitted infection is very likely in my opinion it is advisable to get done the VDRL test to rule out the possibility of STD, hope this information helps.
