What Could Delayed Periods, Nausea, Bloating, Fatigue And Frequent Bowel Movements Indicate?

Im a 25 yr old female. On the 14th of Dec. I will be 2 months late on my period. The last time i had my period my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex the day before my period started. The next day my period came very heavy. It lasted 5 days. I didnt get a period for Nov and now my december period is a week away and It is looking like it will be late. My stomach is very bloated, I feel nauseous when I smoke now. I throw up unexpectedly at times. My back had been hurting and I get slight cramps on my abdominal at times. I have been tired alot lately, but I work 3rd shift so it could be that. I have been having loose BMs, I would have thought my bloatness would go down after I go to the restroom but It doesnt. I have taken one HPT amd it came out negative but this was a month ago. Its very hard for me to get pregnant and my bf thought he couldnt have kids, his own thought he never went to a dr. It would be great to be pregnant but I dont want to get our hopes up since we have had trouble conceiving. Even in my past marriage and past relationships I havent been able to conceive and he said the same about his past also.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you are pregnant. The pregnancy tests detect the level of HCG hormone and should be done about 11 to 14 days after probable conception.

If it is done too early , there may be a false negative result.

You might want to consider repeating it to get a definitive answer, the early detection kits can detect lower levels of HCG, so you can use one of these.

If the test is negative and you and your partner wish to conceive but are having difficulty then the both of you should consider being assessed.

Your partner would need a semen analysis.

Your doctor would assess your ovarian function by doing blood test and check the uterus and tubes to see if there are any structural issues such as blockage.

I hope this helps
