One of the most common causes of cold hands, is Reynands' syndrome.
It is caused by a constriction of the vessels that supplies the finger with blood.
A detailed clinical diagnosis and some blood tests will be helpful to confirm the diagnosis.
Renerve is just a nutritional supplement that contains vital nutrients, which are believed to help support nerve health and function.
If they do not result effective, than you can discuss with your physician about the above diagnosis.
