Hello,

You may be suffering from an infection of the stomach or irritable bowel syndrome or peptic ulcer disease or outlet obstruction or cholecystitis or appendicitis etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please get it done ultrasound abdomen and upper GI endoscopy.

Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. tablet Ondansetron twice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
