What Could Cause Sudden Bruise On Stomach Area While Having Hashimotos?

I am a 46 year mother of two. Developed hashimotos post partum. Currently on 75mcg levothyroxine & now hrt (hit menopause abruptly at 45). I have developed a large expanse of bruising on my right side /waist /stomach area. No pain or discomfort. I ve had it for over 3 months and it looks like I ve been hurt very badly when in reality I cannot explain any accident/injury. It won t fade or disappear. I welcome your comments.
