What Could Cause Sore Near Vagina After Sharing Soap With Partner?

i have a sore pimple like spot in between my butt hole and vagina on the left side, my boyfriend has been using my lufa i wash with in the shower for a couple days now and this spot just appeared a couple days ago. Please help me and what could this be?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that the lesion may be as a result of folliculitis which is inflammation of a hair follicle. In some case it can progress to abscess formation.

You can consider the following: (1) warm compresses 2 to 3 times daily
(2) cleaning the area with an antiseptic solution
(3)apply a topical antibiotic

In most cases , it would resolve in 7 to 10 days.
