What Could Cause Positive Result For Pregnancy With Sonography Showing Thick Endometrium After Medical Abortion?
Mam i had unprotected sex on 24th of september (on 14th day of my periods)then after 3hour i took unwanted 72 then after i had no periods then i did pregnency test which shows positive then i did medical abortion but after one month i did sonography which shows i am still pregnent my sonography details are as fallows
>Urinarny bladder:utline smooth
>Uterus central cavity complex : thick 15mm.
>adnexa : right overy 23mm sistic area
sonography result: thick endomatriam mam what i have to do please suggest..

Hi,
There is nothing much to worry about this condition. Thick endometrium can be due to remnants of conception, or a normal finding after MTP, pregnancy test remains positive up to 2 to 3 weeks after MTP.
