hi,, i am rahul from west bengal kolkata india , my question is that,, in morning my bowl motion is not clear,,,in a day i go to bathroom 3 to 4 time.... i drink water 4 to 5 litter , i am taking high fiber food so,,, but,, my bowl is not clear properly,,, and that effected my job life,, help me plz

Its likely that you could be suffering from amoebiasis. I would suggest the following.


Thorough local examination by your Physician will reveal fissure/piles if it’s the cause of bleeding.
After ruling out local cause, I suggest the following
1. Stool examination: Stool microscopy examination for ova and cyst to rule out amoebiasis and other infective pathology
2. Trial of antibiotics: Combination of Ciprofloxacin + Tinidazole will be highly beneficial for amoebic colitis
3. If the bleeding persists inspite of antibiotic, Colonoscopy is indicated
