What Could Cause Menstrual Irregularity?

I was in a car accident last February. Someone pulled out in front of me and I Tboned them. My car was totalled. I had some obvious outward injuries and over time have found increasingly more internal. My back specifically. Lumbar 3, 4, 5, discs protrusions. and S 1 if I remember correctly.
At the same time my periods stopped and 3 months later my doctor gave me medicine to start my period. This went on for two more cycles of 3 months. I then had the nerves in my back "burned" for the pain and my periods started regularly. In December someone again rear ended me. I have not had a period since. I also have been told I have an anteverted uterus. Something I have never been told after 5 pregnancies and 3 babies. No other ultrasound or MRI showed this till now. Can this have happened from the accidents?
