I am 24, not sexually active & do not shave. Over the past week I have developed 4 lumps inside my labia majora. Two showed up at the same time and stayed the size of a pencil eraser. One larger one then grew about an inch lower. It is the size of a small grape. Now today one developed an inch lower and it is not inside but on the outside of my labia. It is the size of a pea. They do not necessarily hurt, but are incredibly uncomfortable. I have never been to a gynecologist but plan to make an appointment tomorrow. Any idea what this could be?

What Could Cause Lumps Inside The Vagina?
Hello, Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated. Most probably it will be a genital wart or abscess. As of now, you can use Clotrimazole lotion to cleanse your genitals. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
