dear doctor,
i'm a 31 years old, female. my present complaint is generalised itching for last 2-3weeks. it is not continous. but i experience it more towards night. last episode was very severe with red rashes all over my body and even on the face. i had itching on my head as well. it subsided with pheniramine 25 mg. after this i've got muscle pain on my legs and arms and generalised fatigueness. i also get itching in my hands on exposure to water, more with hot water. i've got heartburn for the last 4 days which is not relieving with antacids and pantoprazole.
