What Could Cause Headache?

Hi, I m concerned I may have temporal arteritis. I ve had a headache along, what I can now say, the temporal artery. My left temple is sensitive to touch (with/without placing pressure on that point). I ve experienced dizziness, some nausea, extreme tiredness, and the past two days sneezing and just a moment ago a nosebleed in the left nostril. Can you advise on a course of action, or whether I m being silly?

Welcome to HCM
the pain o temporal arthritis if very very severe and acute. However, a detailed physical examination, lab examinations and imaging test are needed to rule and diagnosis of such conditions.
Therefore, a consultation to neurologist is indicated.
Meanwhile, I would suggest you to have tab voveron 50 mg twice a day, for tree days and untill you get your consultation for pain relief.
