What Could Cause Headache?

hello. I'm 16. For the past several months I've been getting headaches and general pressure around my eyes. I am also more sensitive to light and have trouble focusing my vision. I mentioned it to my eye doctor, thinking it might be astigmatism, but she didn't notice anything, although in my last visit she had mentioned that I had slight astigmatism. Do you have any idea what it might be?

hi,
the most probable diagnosis in your case is migraine or a problem in refraction
does your headache get better by resting or by limiting yourself to indoors instead of the sun?do you experience irritation to light and sound during a headache? if yes then you probably have migraine
if no then get your refraction done by an optometrist there could be an error that could be corrected relieving all your symptoms.even astigmatic changes could be caught by having your refraction done.

good luck
