What Could Cause Headache During Pregnancy?
I'm 18 weeks pregnant and have had a headache for over 24 hours. It's in the front and throbs when standing. It is not as bad today but I'm starting to get an earache. I took Tylenol for it with no relief. Is this sinus related? Is there anything else I can try?

Headache can be due to high B.P. Adequate controll of B.P is must during pregnancy.
better you check your B.P.
You can use anti allergic for 2 days. take warm saline water garglesand use vicks lozenges for 5 days. it will improve upper respiratory tract infection.
If severe, consult your doctor.
