Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi.... the symptoms of red spots in the eye which you are quoating could be increased amount of blood vessels in the white of the eye. This is called telengiectasia in medical language. This symptom along with clumsiness and frequent falling fits into a diagnosis called Ataxia Telengiectasia. Other symptom which is related to this disorder is frequent upper respiratory and lung related infections. I suggest you get in touch with a paediatric immunologist and work up the possibility of this diagnosis further.
