Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the skin abnormality may be secndary to the harmons, or infection,or defeciency of vitamins, and iron, or previous shaving at that place.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist, for diagnosis and treatment. you may need to have laser treatment, for removing the hair.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein
rich foods, to recover most of the defeciency states.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
