What Could Cause Constant Back Pain, Sciatic Pain And Numbness In Arm?
i have been having lower back pain since end of june last year with sciatic pain on occasion also my left arm has been going numbish on and of with chills only on that arm? what is happing to me...also the back pain is constant and i really want relief.

Hello, Thanks for your query. The description suggests that you have lumbar disc disease with radiculopathy. The initial management for this problem is conservative by following means : - Bed rest - analgesics and ocassional muscle relaxants - Methylcobalamine preparations which helps to alleviate your "pins & needles" sensations - lumbar back support while sitting for longer periods - intermittent pelvic traction If you dont get any relief within 3 weeks, you need an orthosurgeons consultation to decide upon the need for surgical intervention.
