What Could Cause Black Spots From Neck To Stomach?

hey doc i m a 20 yr old guy nd i m having black spots from my neck to bottom of my stomach and it is increasing day by day i have consulted many doc some say it is lichen planus some say it is fungus infection i dont know wht to do cn u just help me out wid it

Thanks for the query,
Both lichen planus and fungal infection can present with black spots.
However spots of lichen planus are very itchy.
You can try application of antifungal cream.
If it fungal lesions will reduce in a week.
Lichen planus is recurrent and lesions will keep recurring.
A photograph would have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
