Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
It looks like your back muscle has gone into spasm. This is a common occurrence, during sudden weight lifting or bending. I would like you to bed rest and start some muscle relaxant medication like myoril or myospaz. Apart from this i would like you to take warm water shower and apply some local ointment at your back. For future avoid your daughter walking on your back.
