Hello,

Since when are you suffering from these bumps? What is the size or texture of the bumps? It is not possible to say correct diagnosis until examination is done.

Here I mentioned possible causes which are:
1. Hemorrhoids
2. Folliculitis around the anus
3. Molluscum Contagiosum Infection
4. Anal warts
5. Anal malignancy et cetera

Avoid Constipation by taking high fiber diet, and do regular exercise. Use syrup lactulose thirty ml after dinner. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
