the easiest was to discribe the annoyance is.. when u let ur toe nails get too long and then u wear closed shoes all day .. you big toe nail feels like someone dropped on it and usually takes the day to feel better .. no visual bruises! well i have that "pain" but i clipped my nails down to nothing and still feels that way. just kind of like a bruise. the nail is perfectly white no ingrown nails that i knwo of. what could this be? is it a diet thing or something much worse
