What Could Be The Worst Outcome If Alcohol Is Taken 24hrs A Day?

hi my husband drinks every day 2 times he has gone through endoscopy 2 time it was found that his blood vessels have enlarged bending was done and he was asked to go for three rounds more but he did not go and stopped consuming alcohol . now from last six months he has been consuming alcohol day and night what can be the worst outcome as he is not ready to stop

Cannot say in his particular case but it sounds like he has esophageal varices (big fragile veins in the esophagus that can burst, bleed a huge amount and this can be fatal).
These only occur in people who have a lot of liver problems.
The chronic long term problems associated with alcohol connect to liver failure (esophageal veins bursting and fatal blood loss; loss of liver's ability to clean the blood causing mental deterioration)
Short term problems can include withdrawal and even seizures if someone quits suddenly from taking a lot of alcohol every day.
