Hi,

I have gone through your query. According to your symptoms the problem is in your spine. I suggest you to go for a MRI of cervical and lumbar spine. This will show the level of nerve compression. Treatment will depend upon findings.
Taking Prednisone without knowing the cause will not help you out. You can discontinue using it in a tapering dose.
Use a cervical collar support and lumbar belt in the meantime. Consult a orthopedic surgeon for clinical examination.

Do consider a positive feedback as a credit to my work. Let me know if you have any further questions.
