Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Your symptoms and vivance may not have any relation. As you describe, you might have hypertension, which can cause nose bleeds. The other causes may be the anemia.
Diarrhea may be due to the infection in the intestines, may be colitis.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms injection of amikacin, for 5 consecutive days. ofloxacin, ornidazole, ranitidine, lactic acid bacilli till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
