What Could Be The Reason For Shoulder Pain And Palpitations ?

I have pulpitations and a pain in my left shoulder blade . I also get constipated at times and think have a gaulbladder issue. is that whats causing the heart probs? I have a dull pain in my left arm as well.

dear i would like to know ur age.. symptoms you are presenting with are more associated to your Gastric / stomach and intestinal problems.. if u do have complains with acidity alongwith constipation, then yes you can feel pain on that specific area.. but still i would like to give u suggestion to get an ECG done, to rule out cardiac pathology ( which in your case seeming minimum)
