What Could Be The Reason For Missing Periods After Pregnancy Test Showed Negative Considering Having Regular Periods?

hi doctor..my period cycle is absolutely normal and i didnot miss my periods anytime..but now i did What could be thenot get my periods for 3 months,,iam not pregnant as my urine and blood reports were negative..what could be the reason??is it possible to get pcos at this age of 23 years?
