What Could Be The Reason For Having Tingling Sensation In Testicles And Left Groin?

I am experiencing an increasingly intermittent tingling / vibrational sensation in my left testicle and left groin. I would not describe it as painful, but it is annoying and uncomfortable. It started about 2 weeks ago. I have no additional symptoms at this time.

Hi,

Tingling sensation can be due to allergic reaction, nerve compression due to over masturbation, diabetes, herpes, dermatitis, Vit. B12 deficiency. I'll advise you to check your blood sugar and thyroid hormones level. In my patients i usually prescribe Vit B12 (neurobion). You can try it and see if tingling has gone.

If not, consult a dermatologist for clinical examination.
